1899 | Presentation of two windows by Townsend family and of additional graveyard area to the south by Duke of Buccleuch – visit by Bishop for Dedication Service. |

1919 | Advowson transferred from the Manor to the Bishop of Coventry (the right to allocate the Benefice (the church living)). The “Rectory” remained with the parish – the tithe rights. |

1979-80 | Departure of John Eardley, last resident vicar. The legal processes of uniting the benefices of Church Lawford with King’s Newnham and Wolston were concluded. |
